Join Caroline and Kris for a day of healing and nurturing using Yoga, Sound, Meditation, Breathwork and Psoas-Release exercises.
This workshop will be geared towards helping you explore the different ways yoga can help with symptoms of anxiety, stress and even trauma.
Throughout the workshop Caroline and Kris will offer information on how these issues and symptoms can hinder our ability to feel grounded, centered and present and how we can regain our ability to feel safe and stable in our bodies through yoga, breath and somatic practices.
